Muricciaglia is a property of sixty five hectares and has three houses: the main house where we live, Fienile or upper house, once the hay barn, and Ovile or lower house, once the sheep shed. Muricciaglia is off the beaten path yet only five minutes drive from the medieval village of Castellina in Chianti and a few kilometres from Radda in Chianti. Visitors can choose to stay either at Fienile or at Ovile. They will enjoy the terracotta floors and antique furnishings, the kitchen and bathrooms that while still rustic include modern stainless steel and Carrara marble countertops. Both houses have their own laundry-room, central heating, telephone and satellite TV.
The lovely swimming pool is open from June till September.
